the article highlights that in recent years the concept of sustainability has gained a lot of attention in various
fields such as economics, business and environmental studies. This study aims to explore the role of effective management
practices in achieving a sustainable green economy. The transition to a sustainable green economy requires the
introduction of management practices that effectively address environmental issues while promoting economic growth.
Despite the existing literature on sustainable management practices, there is a significant gap in understanding the specific
role of these practices in achieving broader economic sustainability. To fill this gap, this study used mixed methods
combining quantitative analysis and qualitative research. Surveys were conducted among various enterprises and indepth
interviews were conducted with industry experts. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the existing
body of knowledge on sustainable management practices by providing insight into the relationship between effective
management practices and achieving a sustainable green economy. By examining the relationship between governance
practices, environmental sustainability and economic performance, this study aims to provide practical recommendations
for policy makers, organizations and managers seeking to develop a sustainable green economy.
