Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy turizm sharoitida ovqatlantirish xizmatlarining diversifikatsiyasi muhim omil
sifatida tahlil qilinadi. Sayyohlar ehtiyojining o‘zgarib borayotgani xizmatlar sifati, menyu xilma-xilligi, ekologiklik va madaniy
moslikni ta’minlash zaruratini yuzaga keltirmoqda. Tadqiqot davomida O‘zbekistonda ovqatlantirish xizmatlarining hozirgi
holati, mavjud muammolari va ularni hal etish yo‘llari o‘rganilgan. Diversifikatsiya orqali sayyohlar qoniqishini oshirish,
turizmda raqobatbardoshlikni kuchaytirish va gastronomik brendni shakllantirish imkoniyatlari asoslab berilgan.
