Abstract

This article examines the development and application of financial security indicators at the regional level,
focusing on Uzbekistan. Financial security, vital for economic stability and sustainable growth, is assessed using fiscal
balance, debt sustainability, financial market development, and social welfare metrics. The study analyses these indicators
within Uzbekistan's socio-economic and regional contexts, highlighting disparities and identifying best practices through
regional case studies. The findings offer actionable recommendations for policymakers to enhance financial resilience
and address regional challenges, promoting inclusive and sustainable economic development.
