A Foreign Experience of Forming Small Business and Private Entrepreneurship Infrastructures (An Example of Usa)

Abstract

It is known that small business and private entrepreneurship are an important component of any economy.
Among the developed countries, the United States of America is the world leader in this field. The United States has a
strong infrastructure for small businesses and private entrepreneurship, including a variety of policies, programs, and
initiatives that support their growth and development. Uzbekistan is a country that has made significant progress in
improving the business environment and developing entrepreneurship in recent years. However, in order to create a
favorable environment for the development of small business in Uzbekistan, it is necessary to develop many measures.
This article analyzes infrastructure facilities for small business and private entrepreneurship in the United States and their
adaptation and implementation to the conditions of Uzbekistan. The article examines key components of small business
infrastructure, including financial operations, a supportive business environment, strong information networks and partnerships,
and entrepreneurship education. The article highlights the advanced experience of the United States in each of
these structures, and at the end, recommendations are made on how Uzbekistan can use the experience of the United
States in creating a favorable environment for small business and private entrepreneurship.
