Abstract

This article discusses effective methods to improve the competitiveness of higher education institutions, including the importance of using benchmarking method to improve the quality of education. The study analyzes business processes related to benchmarking and its performance indicators, industry achievements, best practices in industries and sectors. The benchmarking process is used to measure performance using a specific indicator (cost, productivity, cycle time), including quality, time and price, and analyzes how the institution's performance compares with the competitive environment.
