Abstract

This article analyzes the development of a family business, its role in economic development, especially the
structure of capital and business management. The advantages and disadvantages of the family model of corporate
governance are identified.
Conclusions, scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at the effective use of the advantages of developing
a family business and family model and corporate governance have also been developed.
