Abstract

This article focuses on studying foreign experience in the formation of banking assets to improve the efficiency of
commercial banks. The paper analyzes effective methods applied in banking systems of advanced countries for managing
and optimizing banking assets. It explores opportunities for increasing operational efficiency through strategies such as
asset diversification, risk management, the introduction of innovative technologies, and capital strengthening. Based
on foreign experience, the article offers tailored recommendations and proposals for Uzbekistan's commercial banks.
The article aims to enhance the profitability and financial stability of commercial banks through efficient management of
banking assets.
