Abstract

Multinational businesses (MNCs) operate in a variety of cultural contexts in the age of globalization. There
are particular difficulties in inspiring workers in such a complicated, multicultural setting. This thesis examines the
function of employee motivation in multinational corporations (MNCs), emphasizing the difficulties encountered in
cross-cultural interactions and suggesting solutions. This paper offers a thorough analysis of motivation theories, crosscultural
management techniques, and workable solutions for multinational corporations (MNCs) to improve employee
engagement, contentment, and productivity by looking at how cultural variations affect motivation and performance.
