Methodological foundations of the quality management system in construction industry enterprises

The goal of large-scale reforms in the construction sector of our country is to increase its international
competitiveness. In turn, achieving competitiveness corresponding to quality models is associated with the widespread
use of quality management systems in enterprises according to international standards ISO 9001-2015. At the same
time, scientific and methodological issues on the application of these systems in the activities of construction industry
participants have not yet found a final solution. In this article, the authors propose a methodological concept and
mechanism for quality management at enterprises in the construction industry of the regions.
