Harnessing foreign direct investment for sustainable economic growth in central asia: policy challenges and opportunities

This study examines the impact of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on economic growth and sustainable development in Central Asian countries, specifically Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan. Based on an analysis of modern empirical literature, the research highlights the beneficial effects of FDI on capital formation, technology transfer, and employment growth. The results indicate that by addressing these challenges, Central Asian countries can more effectively leverage FDI as a mechanism for sustainable economic development.
