Abstract

Main purpose of this article is to disclose new type of financial instrument how it works, what is underlying asset,
and of course how our commercial banks can benefit from issuing this debt instrument in order to finance their projects.
Last but not least the issuance of this financial product might encourage our people to purchase it since in our example
underlying asset is the credit rating of National Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan that means more reliable and attractive
derivative to invest in.
