Abstract

This research aims to explore the crucial gap in the context of green development and human capital, focusing
on the need to bridge the disparity between environmental sustainability and skill development. While green development
initiatives strive to promote sustainable practices, the role of human capital in effectively implementing and driving these
initiatives remains understudied. This study seeks to address this gap by examining the current state of human capital
development in the context of green development and identifying strategies to maximize the potential of individuals in
achieving environmental sustainability goals. The research will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative
interviews with key stakeholders, analysis of existing literature, and quantitative surveys to provide a comprehensive
understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to human capital and green development. The findings will
